  • 1 whole onion
  • 250 g chicken (thin strips)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp maida
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 5.5 clove garlic
  • 2 whole dry red chilies
  • 1 whole capsicum
  • 0 stalks spring onions
  • 0 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Marinate 250g chicken (thin strips) with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp maida, and 1 egg.

    Deep fry the chicken till golden & crispy.

    In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp red chili sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp vinegar, ½ tsp chili flakes, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp cornflour, and 2 tbsp water to prepare the sauce.

    In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil.

    Add 5–6 garlic and 2 dry red chilies to the pan.

    Add 1 onion and 1 capsicum, then stir fry on high flame.
