Marinate 250g chicken (thin strips) with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp maida, and 1 egg.

Add 1 onion and 1 capsicum, then stir fry on high flame.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and let it bubble.
Add the fried chicken and toss well.
Cook for 1–2 mins until glossy.
