Rasora Terms of Service

Effective date: April 21, 2026

Using Rasora

Rasora is a food and recipe community. You may use Rasora to discover, create, save, organize, and share recipes. You are responsible for the content you post and for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Rasora.

User Content

You keep ownership of recipes, images, and profile content you create. By posting content on Rasora, you represent and warrant that:

By posting publicly, you grant Rasora a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content inside the app and related Rasora services. This license survives account deletion for publicly published recipes, and Rasora may preserve and display those recipes in anonymized form so saved recipes and public links continue to work.

Safety Rules

Moderation

Rasora may remove content, limit visibility, restrict accounts, suspend or terminate accounts, or review reports to protect users and the service, without prior notice. Users can report recipes or profiles, and can restrict or block other users.

Food and Health

Rasora recipes are user-generated and have not been professionally reviewed for safety, nutritional accuracy, or allergen content. Always use your own judgment regarding allergies, nutrition, food safety, ingredients, and preparation. You assume all risk from preparing or consuming food based on recipes found on Rasora. Rasora is not liable for any illness, injury, allergic reaction, or other adverse outcome resulting from following any recipe posted on this platform.

Copyright Takedown (DMCA)

Rasora respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on Rasora infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent at:

Designated Agent: Varchun Technologies LLC
Mailing address: 10920 Canyon Wren Dr, Plain City, OH 43064
Email: [email protected]
Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice

Your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the specific content on Rasora you believe infringes your work, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., a URL or recipe name).
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

We will respond to valid takedown notices and remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly. Submitting a false or bad-faith DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its location on Rasora before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which Rasora may be found).

We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

Child Safety

Rasora has zero tolerance for any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or abuses minors, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. Such content will be immediately removed, the account permanently terminated, and the material reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A). We cooperate fully with law enforcement in all child safety matters. To report a child safety concern, email [email protected] with subject line: Child Safety Report.

Repeat Infringers

Rasora will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances.

Intellectual Property — Recipes

Ingredient lists and cooking techniques are not protected by copyright. Sharing your own version of a dish — including restaurant-inspired dishes — is permitted. You must not: copy verbatim text from cookbooks, food blogs, or other copyrighted sources; use another brand's logo or photos; or claim a recipe is the official or authentic recipe of a restaurant or brand you are not affiliated with.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Rasora is provided as-is without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rasora's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid to use Rasora in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $10, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rasora and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of Rasora, or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Rasora is incorporated.
