For Dal Add below to pressure cooker Oil Masoor Dal, Chana Dal Salt Haldi Water Pressure cook until well done
For mutton Pressure cook below in seperate cooker , we later combine daal 1 tbspn oil 2 tspn zeera 1 cinnamon stick 1 Bay leaf 4-5 green cardamon 1 big onion 750 gm mutton 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste 2 tspn Coriander powder 1 tspn Redchilli powder 1 tspn Garam masala powder salt as per taste 2 medium tomato paste and green chilli and green coriander paste.
Pressure cook on high flame for one whistle, then cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
Add below in same cooker after wistle done 300 gm bottle gourd (lauki) and cook until it becomes soft.
Add daal which cooked previously
Add 25 gm imli pulp and cook it.
For garnishing, use green coriander.
For tadka, use red dry chilli, 1 small onion, and Kashmiri red chilli powder.
